    Ideal candidate has ServiceNow experience Proficient in ERP systems
    • Oracle Highly customer focused, accountability, self serve in complex environments Familiar with onboarding and end to end sourcing process In the past, they noticed during interviews that candidates were very operational heavy (exp in onboarding vendors and ERP) End to End experience please ensure they can negotiate a simple SOW, order form, what to look for in contracts, potential risks, and how to drive savings Sourcing exp but has dabbled in other areas (operations, etc.)
    Being very nimble and agile This is both for service and technologies data (people, legal, and finance within GNA) Exp working in smaller to mid size tech companies would be ideal Oracle experience is okay (doesnt have to be Fusion) but ServiceNow is the most important Highly focused on SLAs and metrics Assignment thru the end of the year with potential of extension or conversion At any given time they are responsible for managing upwards of 20 contracts and intakes along with other tasks - will be handling high volume of contracts or intakeDescription:

    The Vendor Manager will assume responsibility for contract negotiations and vendor onboarding tasks within our G&A function, specifically focusing on our tail end spend.

    This position necessitates expertise in sourcing, vendor management, and onboarding processes. Your duties will include swift negotiation, providing deal support, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring timely vendor onboarding. This role requires a great deal of ownership and accountability. Oversee and own vendor onboarding across the company as the primary point of escalation.

    Own all tasks required to onborad vendors; work with internal teams and vendors to faciliate the end to end vendor onboarding process Lead vendor onboarding across the company to delight internal stakeholders and suppliers.

    Establish and cultivate relationships with cross-functional stakeholders such as operational leaders, legal teams, finance, security, and risk management. Communicate the vendor monitoring approach to Business Partners, and other stakeholders.

    A very high level of self-motivation, initiative, passion, excitement to work cross-functionally and excellent interpersonal skills are a MUST have for this role Sourcing and contract negotiation experience is required Ability to drive and calculate savings Categories of spend: Legal, Finance, People - includes both services and technologySkills: Proficient with ServiceNow utilization Oracle Fusion experience is a plus.
