    The Client Services Representative (CSR) manages client relationships and provides customer support. The CSR may field customer inquiries, process orders, schedule appointments, and connect clients with other departments when needed. They serve as a liaison coordinating the initial and ongoing connection between the clinic, physician, and the Laboratory. This is a fast-paced multitasking position. The Client Services Representative will tailor service protocols to meet our clients' (clinics, physicians) and patients' needs. The CSR will also aid the laboratory management in Quality Assurance by tracking and setting process improvement goals. Knowledge of Google apps, Excel, Word, and Laboratory processes is a plus.

    Duties:

    • Drive profitability within a designated territory or region.
    • Develop growth opportunities within Privia Medical Group of North Texas
    • Maintain an existing base of clients
    • Partner with laboratory operations to provide exceptional, customer-focused service.
    • Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.

    Job Requirements:

    • High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing preferred
    • A valid driver's license and an excellent driving record for the past three years
    • Previous outside Sales or Service experience, 1-3 years of outside Sales or Service experience in the medical field preferred
    • Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision.
    • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

    The position will be full-time Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.

    This position will pay $20-23 per hour based on experience.
