Summary

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking an hourly locum Optometrist to join our Riverfront Medical Center team in Spokane, Washington. Optometrists at Kaiser Permanente provide full-scope eye care in a multi-disciplinary setting, including:

The diagnosis and management of visual function, including contact lenses and specialty contact lenses.

The diagnosis and management of conditions affecting ocular health including ophthalmic manifestations of systemic disease and medications.

Co-management of ocular disease and post-operative care with Ophthalmology.

Our medical centers are fully equipped with the latest technologies and our teams includes skilled, well-trained, certified ophthalmic techs that provide support to our doctors. We have a full-service Optical dispensary and Epic electronic medical records at all practice locations.

Qualifications

Education

Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited School of Optometry.

Experience

All applicants must possess a full range of clinical skills and an interest in working with an innovative group practice.

Preferred: Completion of one-year Optometry Residency program preferred.
