We treat patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) using medications such as methadone and suboxone/ buprenorphine. Day in the Life:

Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settingsPrescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessmentComplete medical documentation per Crossroads standardsCollaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community servicesSchedule & LocationsThis position is on-site at our Harriman office.

Interested medical providers should be able to do either Wednesday OR Thursday from 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM (7 weekly hours) and would ideally be able to add hours if needed.
