    Principal Quality Assurance Policy & Strategy Analyst based out of Baltimore, MD.

    Support the sector Quality Management System (QMS) Compliance Program to ensure conformity with the AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.

    Develop, maintain and ensure compliance with quality assurance programs, policies, processes, procedures and that the performance and quality of processes and products conform to established standards, specifications and agency guidelines.

    Provide expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and agency guidelines to assurance compliance.
    Ensure the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly.

    Conduct internal risk-based audits and floor sweeps of QMS process areas (such as manufacturing, quality, engineering, and supply chain) to ensure requirements and specifications are met.

    Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with sector process and product nonconformance management policies and procedures to ensure RCA, CAP and VOE activities are complete and effective.

    Generate and analyze performance metrics to identify trends in non-conformances to enable efforts to improve compliance and to ensure RCA, CAP and VOE activities are complete and effective.

    Automate data collection and analysis through the use of Microsoft SharePoint tools, Tableau, and/or Power Apps to improve operational efficiency.

    9+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective and Preventive Action with a Bachelor's degree; (OR 4+ Years with PhD)
    Experience with SAP
    Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e., creation of Excel macros)
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM field.
    Experience implementing SAP modules and reports
