PART TIME DENTAL HYGIENIST

DEPARTMENT:Health Department - Healthy Beginnings

HIRING RANGE: $32.25-$35.83/hour based on education and position related experience

BENEFITS OFFERED:No benefits offered

POSITION TO BE FILLED:ASAP

HOURS & DAYS OF WORK:2-3 days a week

LOCATION OF POSITION:Elkhart Clinic Site

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:None

JOB SUMMARY:
Provide preventative dental services to children (12 mos. - 16 years) in a public health setting. Includes exams, dental prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, sealants, and oral hygiene instruction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must be Registered Dental Hygienist with current license in Indiana
BILINGUAL SKILLS (ENGLISH/SPANISH) ARE CRITICALLY IMPORTANT
Must be well organized and a self- starter
Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
Pre-employment background check and TB test
