    None Clearance Required : Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do : Guidehouse Digital is seeking a SharePoint /Data Analyst, full-time remote staff member supporting the Digital Health program.

    Work with stakeholders to effectively utilize team data repositories through one-on one trainings and troubleshooting sessions. Grant access to SharePoint sites, OneDrive, Maintenance coordination and Permissions. Integrating business content, business rules and workflows into the SharePoint platform using libraries, custom data sets, automations and notifications.

    Adding users and roles to control access to document libraries, and setting permissions to permit, restrict and revoke access as required.

    Create, leverage and manage content types, site columns, lookups and templates for re-use in sites. Conducts unit testing of data transformations, configuration, and user interfaces to confirm functional requirements have been met. Connect data from various data sources (i.e. SQL, HTML, Active Directory, One Drive, One Note, Teams, etc.) to enable online collaboration, file sharing and storage. Work effectively with teammates; collaborate on shared work products and related tasks to ensure best solution derived. Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques. Coordinate with different functional/technical teams to implement and monitor interfaces and data connections for the SharePoint sites. Supports the documentation of product deliverables including system configurations, gap analysis, release and deployment, stakeholder presentations and decisions analysis. Provide input from high-level to detailed estimates for new requirements, change request and issue analysis.

    What You Will Need Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 1 years of related experience Performing maintenance of the SharePoint platform, servers, and intranet.

    Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
