    Help guide and manage our sales and account management team under the direction of senior management, providing leadership and growth which includes helping us expand in Projects/SOWs and Staffing.

    Generate leads for our sales staff. Play a part in establishing business plans and strategies to expand the customer base through marketing.

    Contribute to the development, upkeep, and implementation of training processes and strategic sales ensuring that our sales representatives all get the proper training and direction they need.

    Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensure they are communicated and implemented within the team.

    Responsible for working with management to set goals and expectations.

    Accountable for providing leadership, training, strategic direction, and innovation to our sales team by developing and implementing various plans and setting expectations and goals.

    As the guiding hand for management of the sales team and account managers, the sales manager will help outline training programs, develop strategies for the sales team to operate efficiently, and push team members to surpass short- and long-term sales targets.

    Partner with the proposal team on responses and marketing strategies including social media, marketing literature, etc.

    Partner with assigned account managers to ensure strong relationships are established that will lead the team to drive and penetrate their designated accounts to ensure that they are meeting and exceeding our internal and client performance metrics.

    Requirements 5+ years of proven sales and account management experience in the Staffing Industry, and at least 5 years of experience in managerial function is required.

    Experience in preparing responses to proposals (RFPs). Experience in presentations using PowerPoint, for example. Experience in researching and preparing content for marketing literature. Strong ability to mentor, coach, and train, as well as strong problem identification and problem resolution skills. Effective leadership and organizational development abilities. Proven ability to drive sales teams.
