Job Summary:

Luther Infiniti of Bloomington, a premier luxury automobile dealership in Bloomington, Minnesota, is seeking a motivated and skilled Sales and Finance Associate to join our team.

This is a full-time, commission-only role in the competitive automotive industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and finance, a passion for luxury vehicles, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

As a Sales and Finance Associate, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with customers, assist them in finding the perfect vehicle and financing options, and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

Compensation & Benefits:
As a commission-only Sales and Finance Associate, your income potential is limitless. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a percentage of each vehicle and finance plan you sell.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and assist them in selecting and purchasing vehicles
• Provide a world class customer experience
• Work with customers to understand their budget and financial needs, and offer financing options that meet their requirements
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 2+ years of sales experience; automotive sales experience is a plus
• Experience in finance and knowledge of finance products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
