    Job Description

    We're seeking a Data Quality Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the Business Intelligence & Planning team, you'll work closely with stakeholders to deliver accurate data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Deliver accurate data to downstream consumers and ensure data integrity in databases and warehouses.
    • Analyze and validate data completeness, consistency, and compliance with standards.
    • Investigate and resolve data quality issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
    • Collaborate with the Data Team to maintain complete and accurate data in the warehouse.
    • Develop and implement data quality reports, metrics, and monitoring processes.
    • Conduct monthly data quality audits and implement strategies to improve current processes.

    Responsibilities

    You may also be assigned various projects, such as designing new data validation frameworks or improving KPI tracking systems.

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, you'll need:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of experience working with data in IT or Finance departments.
    • Proficiency in querying relational databases using SQL.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root-cause analysis and develop action plans.
    • Experience in extracting, analyzing, and reconciling large datasets.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.

    Compensation

    The target salary range for this position is $65,000 to $101,000, based on your combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
