Job Description

Clean and maintain the ship's deck areas, including sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing as needed

Organize and maintain deck equipment, such as lounge chairs, umbrellas, and pool toys

Assist with the set-up and breakdown of events and activities on the deck, including arranging furniture and equipment

Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool and other recreational areas

Respond to guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Report any maintenance or safety issues to the deck department

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and crew members

Participate in training and drills to maintain a safe and efficient working environment

Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy objects

Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
