Responsibilities
+- The main focus of a swim instructor is to teach swimming skills in accordance with SafeSplash curriculum in a fun positive manner.
- Flexibility and variety Alternate between guard duties and reap rewards from your training time organization ensure timely class start times Provide continuous feedback maintain proper equipment keep safe Splash uniform standards outlined employee handbook Provide customers monthly individualized feedback during Splash N Tell week Maintain accurate records accurately represent classes taught hours worked Payroll deductions follow facility procedures Attend post lesson critique sessions Attend season ending meeting average 1 per week Meeting attendance mandatory.
