This is an exciting opportunity to work across global stakeholders, contribute to enterprise-wide risk and recovery efforts, and ensure that all planning aligns with ISO 22301 and other industry best practices. Whether conducting assessments, coordinating technical recovery planning, or refining response documentation, you'll play a critical role in building operational resilience across the firm.
    • Program Execution Support - Help deliver high-impact projects across multiple business continuity initiatives to enhance organizational resilience.
    • Risk Assessment Participation - Assist with site prioritization, data collection, evaluations, and consolidated reporting as part of the firmwide Resilience Risk Assessment.
    • Technical Recovery Planning - Support the development of Technical Recovery (TR) Plans by coordinating with stakeholders, mapping dependencies, and drafting documentation.
    • Business Continuity Planning - Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and validation of Business Continuity Plans by gathering content, coordinating reviews, and facilitating exercises.
    • Post-Exercise Review - Document lessons learned and improvement plans to ensure alignment with policy and continuous program improvement.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with IT, Risk Management, Security, and Operations to ensure consistency in recovery strategies and documentation.
    • Reporting & Metrics - Prepare progress updates and performance metrics for senior leadership visibility and decision-making.
    • Compliance & Best Practices - Ensure alignment with ISO 22301 and other applicable frameworks and standards in all program deliverables.
    What You'll Bring
    • Education & Certifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Emergency Management, Information Systems, or a related field required; certifications such as CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, or MBCI preferred.
    • Relevant Experience - At least 7 years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or related fields, with proven expertise in planning, risk assessment, and workplace recovery.
    • Standards Knowledge - Familiarity with ISO 22301, NFPA 1600, NIST SP 800-34, and other continuity frameworks.
    • Technical Tools & Skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with the ServiceNow platform, Microsoft Azure, or CMDBs is a plus.
    • Cross-Functional Communication - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across technical and operational teams.
    • Project Agility - Able to manage multiple priorities, adapt to evolving project needs, and translate complex strategies into clear, business-friendly documentation.
    • Organizational Savvy - Skilled at leading or supporting stakeholder meetings and workshops, with strong attention to detail and planning discipline.
