    The Position

    P&OG Design to Implementation Partner (Consulting Practice)

    Your Opportunity
    • Ensure the seamless design, implementation, and execution of the operational framework and business processes within the People and Organizational Growth (P&OG) chapter. This role involves stakeholder management and end-to-end ownership of projects related to business processes and data analysis.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting framework, utilizing business processes and systems to collect and analyze data. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will enable evidence-based decision-making and strategic planning, ultimately contributing to the continuous improvement and success of the consulting practice.
    • Approach challenges with a user-centric mindset. You prioritize the needs and experiences of users, ensuring that solutions are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with their requirements.
    • Develop and execute effective business management processes within relevant systems, such as ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with P&OG and P&C frameworks and systems. This includes implementing standardized processes and measurement systems to drive efficiency and consistency.
    • Drive continuous improvements to increase productivity and quality locally and globally, leveraging and aligning best practices within the People Support Solutions (PSS) network.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with project teams from other regions and regional improvement, innovation, and technology teams to drive alignment and maximize synergies. This involves actively participating in cross-regional initiatives, sharing insights, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
    • Ensure effective implementation of global standards in the regional and Global Learning Services (GLS) network.

    Who you are:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Project Management or equivalent discipline required, Master's degree preferred.
    • 5+ years of project management experience in a global environment
    • At least 3 years experience in Human Resources/Learning Services delivery
    • Experience with ServiceNow or another cloud-based workflow automation platform preferred.
    • Fluent in English required, additional languages a plus (i.e. German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese)
