    As part of a team, the Plant Services Housekeeper is responsible for taking care of our facilities and carrying out cleaning and maintenance duties.

    **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

    Cleans, stocks and supplies designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)

    Performs and documents routine inspection and maintenance activities.

    Carries out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.

    Undertakes other duties and tasks that may be allocated that are appropriate to the job.

    Notifies management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.

    Stocks and maintain supply rooms.

    Cooperates with the rest of the staff.

    Practices safe work habits in accordance with OSHA and GEO-specific Health and Safety expectations.

    **QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE**

    High School Diploma or Equivalency.

    1 - 2 years of working experience as a cleaner/housekeeper.

    Attention to detail and ability to prioritize & multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

    Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with individuals at varying levels within the organization.

    Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

    Ability to lift up-to 40 lbs.
