- Bachelor's degree in human services, nonprofit management, public administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience in nonprofit leadership, program development, grant writing, fundraising, or human services.
- Experience with donor relations, grant management, or strategic planning strongly preferred.
