Hybrid schedule availableCompetitive compensation package Annual bonus program tied to company and individual performance No cost medical plan option available Paid training programs Career growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement Safety-focused culture What you'll do: Provide administrative support for the Marketing department, handling tasks ranging from simple to complex projectsSupport lead generation by coordinating trade shows, meetings, and customer events, managing logistics from planning to executionConduct market research to identify and predict current/future customer trends, with a focus on competitors and overall market dynamicsCreate marketing materials, including customer-facing pieces such as case studies, press releases, blog posts, adverts, and advertorialsMeasure the effectiveness of advertisements and promotions to ensure a greater return on investmentHandle vendors' payments and purchase orders from start to finish, ensuring financial acumen and organization.

Perform monthly reconciliations of purchase orders and credit card orders for vendors.

Keep organized records of monthly departmental spendYou'll have the following skills and experience:
