    Description

    We are currently seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Kate Spade, a leading retailer of stylish and functional products. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in achieving individual sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieve individual sales goals by engaging with customers, answering product questions, and making recommendations.
    • Provide exemplary customer service by being approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable about our products.
    • Accurately process all POS transactions, ensuring timely and secure payment processing.
    • Replenish merchandise on the sales floor to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
    • Ensure the selling floor is stocked throughout the day, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.

    About the Role:

    This is a full-time opportunity that requires flexibility and a willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be working closely with our visual merchandising team to ensure daily visual directives are applied accurately and consistently.

    We offer competitive compensation, including a salary of $35,000 - $40,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development within our company, Tapestry, Inc.
