The Business Development Specialist oversees territory operations providing routine field service to customer sites primarily within the Northern Sacramento Valley reporting directly to the CEO collaborating with internal departments ensuring service expectations are met responsible for market entry business growth strategies analyzing market trends identifying new business opportunities contributing to strategic decisions for lead generation expansion in agriculture.Responsibilities
Site Servicing Operations Serve as primary field contact Northern Sacramento Valley region ensure consistent servicing maintenance assigned customer sites schedule perform remediation operations apply chemical products handling application equipment conduct site evaluations installation team prepare new equipment installations perform Distribution Uniformity Tests collect water samples support system optimization deliver transfer chemical products customer sites necessary establish maintain strong professional relationships customers team members respond emergency situations serve reliable knowledgeable field representative maintaining trust communication site contacts oversee timely delivery chemical products monitor on-site inventory levels maintain adequate stock parts materials required routine emergency field service monitor adjust maintain equipment optimal performance troubleshoot technical problems diagnose errors identify implement effective solutions ensure proper upkeep care accountability company-issued tools vehicles assets follow company field protocols safety procedures safe driving personal protective equipment situational awareness complete safety training certifications assigned adhere company standards environmental equipment handling chemical application safetySales & Customer Engagement
