    Industrial Blaster & Painter

    We are seeking an experienced Industrial Blaster & Painter to join our team at the-hr-team in Baltimore, US. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and painting carbon steel weldments before assembly. You will work with various coatings and finishes, including epoxy and urethane.

    The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial blasting and painting processes, as well as mechanical or industrial assembly experience. A high school diploma or GED is required. If selected, training can be provided if needed.

    • 5+ years of industrial blasting and painting experience.
    • Prioritize quality control measures to ensure consistent finish specifications.
    • Maintain accurate records of paint mixtures used for efficiency tracking purposes!
