- Provide leadership and supervision to Rehab staff
- Oversee daily clinic operations
- Deliver direct patient care within area of expertise
- Active Florida Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology license
- Previous leadership and clinical experience in pediatric acute care
- 5+ years of pediatric acute patient care experience
- 5+ years of clinical patient care experience
- 3-5 years of management experience preferred
- 3-5 years of interdisciplinary teamwork required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Doctorate degree preferred
