    United States Job Description Guest Relations Associate Position Summary:
    Leads the customer experience in the Kootenai Caf by demonstrating exceptional kindness to guests and co-workers. Displays a positive attitude and willingness to serve others.


    Responsibilities:
    + Supports customer throughput by creating fast and efficient retail transactions. + Welcomes guests and provides information on Kootenai Caf menu items and to-go offerings + Maintains cleanliness and product quality by keeping food products stocked and customer areas including the lobby and food serving areas clean and safe at all times + Operates point of sale system and cash handling for retail transactions with guests + Supports other members of Hospitality Services team as needed + Performs other related duties as assigned + Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field + Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function Requirements and

    Minimum Qualifications:
    + Three years of customer service experience preferred + Minimum of one-year experience with point of sale system operation in a retail environment preferred + Current Idaho Food Handlers Card or must obtain within 90 days of hire + Strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to maintain complete confidentiality and sophistication in social and professional settings + Excellent communication skills + Creative problem solving ability

    Working Conditions:
