Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, you'll play a vital role in our Personal Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) and NYSTART programs, delivering expert psychiatric care that transforms lives. Your impact will be felt through insightful diagnoses, personalized treatment plans, and empowering therapy sessions that inspire hope and growth in our clients.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct individual psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy for PROS clients
• Review and approve clinical documents, ensuring exceptional quality
• Collaborate with the clinical team through weekly meetings and consultations
• Train staff on mental health topics through engaging seminars
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to our nurse practitioner
• Participate in the Integrated Care Committee and incident review process
• Stay up-to-date on client progress and maintain comprehensive records

What You'll Bring:

• M.D. from an accredited medical school and NYS physician license
• Minimum 10 years of clinical experience with IDD/MI populations
• Valid NPI number and NYS driver's license
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Passion for making a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals
