    Manufacturing Process Engineer


    We are a growing company with an entrepreneurial spirit looking to add a full time Manufacturing Process Engineer member to our team.

    The ideal candidate will be an energetic, self-starter with a technical background, 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and be a team player.

    Responsibilities
    Keep manufacturing equipment such as, weaving looms, textile equipment, pultrusion lines and coating equipment operational.
    Troubleshoot and repair equipment when down.

    Determine root cause when processes are not in control and develop and implement corrective action plans as necessary to remedy the situation.

    Process improvements to maximize efficiency, improve quality, minimize down time, and reduce costs.
    Identifies appropriate production process for ensuring conformance to customer product specifications at a competitive cost.
    Designs and commissions tools, jigs, fixtures, and tests to support the manufacturing team.
    Develop and maintain control paperwork and SOPS for manufacturing processes.
    Required to make routine verbal and written reports to Management.

    Application Requirements:
    A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required
    Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer
    Must have exceptional documentation, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
    US Citizenship required
