    Providing direct patient care, aligning with the personalized care plan and physician orders. Observing patient behaviors, including monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments. Collaborating directly with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans.

    Celebrating patient victories along the way. Qualifications Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations. CPR certification.
