    Job Description Community Health Center of Central Wyoming (CHCCW) is currently looking for Certified Physician Assistants to join our amazing team of providers, in our Lander, WY and Riverton, WY locations

    Our mission is to provide affordable and high-quality patient care with a comprehensive range of health care services for residents of Central Wyoming, regardless of income, tearing all patients with compassion, dignity, and respect.

    We are seeking Certified Physician Assistants to provide direct delivery of patient care services to children, from infancy through adolescence.

    Work is performed in a typical outpatient clinic environment and periodically at locations outside the office. Some travel may be required, as we have other rural health clinics located throughout central Wyoming. Pediatric experience is preferred

    Essential duties will include:

    • Perform all duties in accordance with the accepted standard of care for the medical profession and the specialty.
    • Exercise and have complete control over the diagnosis and treatment of each patient.
    • Shall NOT give assurances outside of provider's scope of practice.
    • Maintain the credentialing required and engage in education as appropriate.
    • Be self-sustaining as measured by contract production goals.
    • Engage in quality measures and outcomes as directed by CQI.
    • Documentation and coding are timely and complete.
    • Actively engage in organizational electronic health record.
    • Maintain an open practice in which the employee shall not refuse to accept new patients.
    • Explain expected duration of procedures, visits, and delays to patient in a calming manner.
