    Job Title: Project Manager

    Position Overview:

    Health Union, LLC is seeking a motivated and passionate full-time Project Manager to support and lead the logistical management of Health Union's various projects and other core business operational needs.

    The Project Manager works in tandem with the other PMs and Program Directors on the Project Management & Operations (PMO) team - headed by the VP of Operations - as well as all other Health Union employees. The PM is accountable for the successful, day-to-day delivery of all assigned responsibilities, which include but are not limited to conducting meetings, tracking deliverables, managing communications between teams, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

    The Project Manager is passionate about organization and planning, with an unwavering attention to detail. It is essential that this professional be highly self-motivated, proactive, and extremely collaborative. They must sustain a sense of urgency around critical path items, and deliver on time to all commitments. A project manager must also remain open-minded and willing to entertain others' ideas and build trust through regular, open, and honest communication.

    What You Do:
    • Serve as day-to-day project manager and driver for specific programs at Health Union (HU), such as media product implementation, market research projects, new site/platform launches, and any other prioritized initiatives
    • Develop and manage project plans and status reports; communicate key delivery milestones and blockers; be the first point of contact for escalations and issue resolutions
    • Work to create and improve the quality, productivity, and efficiency of HU's standard operations, project workflows, and other organizational processes
    • Regularly solicit constructive feedback, build consensus, and encourage open communication, cooperation, and the sharing of knowledge
    • Document and maintain operating standards, business rules, templates, and best practices for any repeatable operational activities
    • Assist the PMO team with the maintenance and dissemination of those standards and best practices for HU projects, processes and programs
    • Regularly assist teams across HU when issues arise, whether they be process, operational, or other; this may include (but not be limited to) identifying and organizing the issue, gathering stakeholders and facilitating resolution, driving next actions, creating training for change management purposes
    • Build project team consensus via shared decision-making, and foster a sense of shared accountability and group responsibility
    • Facilitate After Action Review meetings and concisely communicate the learnings to others in the company who may benefit (pay-it-forward mentality)
    • Ensure we celebrate project successes and recognize and appreciate others' contributions
    Qualifications

    What You Bring:
    • Two or more years of professional experience program or project management experience is required
    • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are required
    • Demonstrated attention to detail and service delivery orientation is required
    • Able to work independently AND as part of a team; demonstrated ability to excel with minimal supervision in a fast-paced company
    • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday, MS Project is required
    • Proficiency in Google Suite of services is preferred
    • CAPM or PMP certification desired
    • Project management experience in the healthcare or healthcare-related space for biopharmaceutical companies, advertising agencies, or web/ software development agencies is desired
    Annual base salary for positions at this level and job group is $62,000 to $89,000, and your base pay will depend on the qualifications, experience, skills and competencies required for this job.

    At Health Union, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range which provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
