    Our client is a highly reputable Private Equity Fund, seeking to add an experienced Institutional Vice President, Capital & Partner Solutions professional in SF. Firm has an impeccable reputation within Private Markets, increasing head-count due to growth .

    Select individual should be well versed with proven track record of effectively raising capital from pensions/endowments/investment consultants and institutional investors.

    Primary duties and responsibilities

    • Source and screen prospective investors and strategically partner with internal sales team
    • Drive global fundraising efforts by working closely with external consultants
    • Execute on institutional capital raising through client universe including but not limited to top corporate and public pensions, endowment & foundations, and consultants
    • Sit on ESG Committee to provide investors with quarterly updates
    • Target and nurture relationships with sophisticated institutional investors; pension funds, endowments, foundations and consultants
    • Develop strategic and analytical frameworks for Capital Raising and business development efforts
    • Formalize and implement a business plan and strategy to introduce firm to new investors
    • Attend meetings, industry events, and conferences with PM's to meet with potential investors and to represent the firm
    • Prepare & present due diligence findings to investment committees, Senior Management and Firm Clients.

    Qualifications

    • 7+ years of experience, with at least 5 years of experience in sales, strategy consulting/ investment bank, or direct Hedge Fund Marketing/Investor Relations.
    • Strong and well-developed analytic, problem-solving and quantitative skill, with exceptional attention to detail
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
    • Advanced degree (MBA) strongly preferred
    • Results-orientation with an ability to take initiative, execute and complete deliverables in a timely manner
    • Deep understanding of Private Equity/Alternative Asset Management and/or Real Estate required
    • Strong leadership potential, with excellent inter-personal skills and collaboration abilities
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to interact with all levels of the organization
