Vaco has partnered with a growing manufacturing company in search of a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to develop the accounting function through direct collaboration with senior executives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and show enthusiasm as a business partner in this family-owned operation.

Title: Senior Accountant/Accounting Lead
Location: Deer Valley, AZ (fully on-site)
Compensation: $75k - $95k plus bonus, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement accounting processes, including financial and operational internal controls
• Perform all full cycle accounting functions - reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, general ledger maintenance, period end closing, etc.
• Daily bookkeeping for various related organizations and tracking in NetSuite
• Ad hoc and special accounting projects as requested
  

• BS in Accounting required
• Proven accounting experience in the manufacturing industry required
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite required
• Ability to work on-site at the Phoenix office required
