    Position:
    Medical Physicist

    Experience with EPIC, ARIA RadOnc, SHARE DRIVE CTC-RadOnc preferred
    Certification by ABR required
    Job Requirements

    Certification by ABR (American Board of Radiology)
    Schedule Information

    Shift: 7am to 7pm

    Additional Details

    American Heart Association certification (
    BLS) required for all direct patient care personnel
    Must provide scanned copy of
    BLS certification with expiration date
    License/Certificate Verification must be dated within 30 days of start
    Fit Test required
    Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen required within 30 days of start
    Trinity Code of Conduct Form required
    Trinity Confidentiality of Patient & Proprietary Information & System Security Agreement required
    Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form required
    Trinity MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) required within 30 days of start
    Trinity Color Vision required

    MMR vaccination proof required

    Trinity Joint Commission Testing (CORE Exam within a year) required
