    A3 Technology, Inc. is excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Program Analyst to join our dedicated team supporting the FAA's AJW-L340 Logistics Management organization. This role is essential in providing critical supply chain, provisioning, and materiel support for NAS equipment across Technical Operations.

    As we transition from the current IFS-based logistics solution to a modern cloud platform, you will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day operations, offering Tier 1 assistance to Washington Item Managers (WIMs), and ensuring the accuracy of provisioning and catalog data while also contributing to process documentation efforts.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Providing daily logistics and sustainment support to AJW-L340 and Washington Item Managers (WIMs).
    • Delivering Tier 1 support for WIM inquiries, troubleshooting system issues, and coordinating escalations.
    • Supporting and maintaining activities within the Logistics Center Support System (LCSS) and associated FAA logistics tools.
    • Executing and tracking tasks linked to Facilities & Equipment (F&E) Project Materiel Management (PMM).
    • Assisting WIMs with cataloging, provisioning, stock management, demand tracking, and materiel planning.
    • Developing, updating, and maintaining process documentation, SOPs, job aids, and guidance materials.
    • Mapping current logistics and supply chain processes in preparation for the upcoming IFS system upgrade.
    • Participating in business process reviews, identifying gaps, and suggesting workflow improvements.
    • Conducting recurring training sessions for WIM personnel on existing and updated processes and tools.
    • Performing user acceptance testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect logging, and collaborating with developers.
    • Coordinating with FAA stakeholders to ensure alignment with materiel management practices and compliance with logistics policy.
    • Executing quality checks, data validation, and administrative oversight to ensure accuracy and completeness.

    Required skills for this role include:

    • A minimum of 20 years of experience in logistics, program analysis, supply chain operations, or sustainment support within a federal environment.
    • Ability to provide hands-on training and user guidance to WIMs and other logistics personnel.
    • Strong experience in asset management, lifecycle management, inventory control, and supply chain operations.
    • Proven capability in process mapping, documentation, and developing SOPs and workflow diagrams.
    • Experience with user testing (UAT), including test planning and defect documentation.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
    • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and detailed written documentation.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.

    Preferred skills include:

    • Prior experience directly supporting FAA AJW-L340 or similar Technical Operations logistics organizations.
    • In-depth knowledge of LCSS, F&E PMM, and Washington Item Manager (WIM) processes.
    • Experience with IFS and participating in upgrades to cloud-based ERP systems.
    • Familiarity with FAA supply chain policies and NAS lifecycle management.
    • Background in structured process improvement and logistics optimization.
    • Experience supporting government sustainment programs and NSN management.
    • Experience in providing Tier 1 technical support to logistics users.
    • Familiarity with developing and delivering formal training programs and knowledge transfer plans.
    • Experience aiding system transitions in a logistics or ERP context.
    • Ability to analyze logistics data and prepare metrics and readiness reports.

    Education requirements include:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 20+ years of relevant experience OR
    • Master's degree in a related field with 15 years of relevant experience.

    Additionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is required. Candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet clearance eligibility requirements upon a conditional offer of employment.

    The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $175,000, reflecting various factors, including the specific responsibilities, candidate experience, location, skills, and abilities.
