    Position Summary

    The Team Leader (TL) is responsible for location accountability. These accountabilities include, but are not limited to: bi-weekly productivity reports; monthly audits; scheduling of work force to meet financial goals. TL will ensure all VASCOR and OSHA safety policies are followed. TL will ensure that all QMS processes are followed and understood by all team members. TL will have to evaluate and rectify computer issues with assistance from IT department. TL will ensure that all time cards are accurate and submitted to payroll in accordance with the required timeline. TL is responsible for daily communication with customers. TL position additionally requires conducting vehicle inspections, training employees, conducting studies, and any other activities necessary to meet VASCOR and customer needs. TL may be required to travel to other facilities for temporary work assignment, when business needs dictate. TL will also be required to work split shifts and cover other shifts as staffing needs dictate.

    Essential Skills and Experience

    G.E.D. or High School Diploma.

    Basic to Intermediate computer skills using Windows based Word and Excel.

    Attention to detail.

    Prior inspection or supervisory experience required.

    Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job.
