Job Description:
Extensive experience in managing projects with medium to high complexity, business critical and large cross-functional team spanning multiple regions and functions

Proven delivery project / program lead, comfortable in both the technical details and overseeing delivery across a wide range of teams Ability to work within a regulated and controlled environment

A working knowledge of both agile and traditional project delivery methods

Good Financial industry knowledge, experience of working with Risk, Finance and Treasury functions

Able to build up good knowledge of specialist areas that projects operate in Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation to Senior level stakeholders (MD Level)

Highly articulate and persuasive communicator with strong communication skills Self starter, can operate with minimal guidance
