    NOTE: This in an in-office role in Pittsburgh, PA, USA. This is not a remote/hybrid role.

    ABOUT YINZCAM

    Our digital products are used by 200+ professional sports teams and leagues around the world, including clubs in the NFL, NBA, MLS, NHL, Liga MX, AFL (Australia), and more.

    THE ROLE

    We are looking for a sports-minded Graphic Designer who has a passion for graphic design, user-centered design, typography, and visual storytelling for sports.This is a fast-paced, deadline-filled role, with a significant amount of time spent in the delivery of graphics assets, mobile designs, desktop designs, and other visual materials to our sports clients and to our internal product owners.

    As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating:

    • Low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs for NFL/NBA/MLS/NHL/EPL/AFL/LigaMX team mobile apps
    • User journeys and designs for products and features within mobile apps and desktop websites for sports
    • Multiple "looks" for team mobile apps, including game-day looks, non-gameday looks, Draft Day looks, Championship looks, kit-launch looks, etc.
    • Social-media graphics to market/promote these team mobile apps to fans
    • Motion graphics to market/promote specific products and features to fans
    • Marketing collateral, such as one-page overviews of products, pitch decks of products, etc.

    THE REQUIREMENTS

    • 3+ years of experience in Figma and Photoshop
    • 3+ years of experience in motion-graphic design
    • 3+ years of experience in designing mobile apps, particularly for sports
    • 3+ years of experience in understanding design for the iOS and Android platforms
    • 3+ years of experience in working with HTML/CSS and website styling
    • Understanding of designing for sports, including the key milestones in sports, e.g., Draft, free agency, kit launch.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, including attention to detail, in terms of grammar, spelling, punctuation, vocabulary, and formatting.
    • Appetite and ability to thrive in a high energy fast-paced digital environment.
    • Strong desire to learn and grow career in the area of digital products in the sports industry
    • Willingness and ability to work the non-traditional hours of the sports industry.
