    Pay Range:

    Actual pay may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

    In addition, this position may be eligible for incentive compensation.

    Essential Duties And Responsibilities

    Identifies opportunities to apply technologies to business processes through research and fact-finding.
    Develops and maintains credibility and effective working relationships with both user and IT personnel.
    Demonstrates to clients an understanding of business problems, IT strategies, issues and priorities.
    Communicates with stakeholders and other teams on processes and workflows.
    Writes documentation on the integrations platforms for other teams to consume.
    Participates in more complex technical studies to evaluate business requirements and recommends solutions.
    Works with an individual business unit on multiple project assignments.
    Requests guidance in complex problem areas and for errors that may cause minor delay expense and disruption.
    Coach and mentor other team members.
    Other duties as assigned.

    Supervisory Responsibility


    This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

    Education

    Experience

    Minimum - none required

    Minimum Of 5 Years Directly Related Experience.

    Experience working in a large company with established System Analyst processes

    Working Conditions And Physical Requirements

    Ability to sit and/or stand at a desk and work with a computer for extended periods of time.
    Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, tools, and to handle other computer components.
    Regular and predictable attendance required.
