    Description
    COMPENSATION: $75k - $90k/year (DOE),

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Uses CAD software to provide drafting and design support to Engineers by preparing routine layouts, detail drawings, assembly drawings, sketches & diagrams. Details to include all views and dimensions necessary to manufacture.
    • Creates X-Referenced drawings and maintains information regarding changes to database.
    • Utilizes knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials, and other physical sciences to complete drawings.
    • Responsible for setting up and maintaining an organized plant As-Builds and CAD Library.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • CAD Designer/Drafter with 5-7 year experience in Industrial setting preferably the CPG Industry. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
    • A strong experience with use of AutoCAD is a must, and the skillset of performing file conversions and working in SOLIDWORKS is preferred
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
    • Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, deduction management, and logistics operations.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
