Responsibilities:
Work effectively with others in a team-based environment to accomplish company goals.
Enter customer orders with specific attention to details in IBM AS400 database system.
Conduct all functions, duties and responsibilities in a professional manner with a positive attitude and demeanor.
Investigate customer inquiries to a successful resolution.
Maintain relationships with both internal and external customers.
Function as a liaison between departments in the company to address customer needs.
Expedite orders as required.
Receive orders and resolve pricing situations encountered during customer transactions using current sales policies.
Assist in resolving shipping discrepancies and errors. This includes obtaining proof of deliveries from the freight carrier and pulling necessary internal documents.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent.
A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
AS400 experience is a plus.
Ability to effectively work in a Windows environment with experience in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with a positive and proactive attitude while maintaining a high degree of energy, reliability, and organizational skills.
Problem solver with the ability to multi-task using judgment and decision-making skills.
Excellent detail-oriented customer service skills.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
Critical thinking. The ability to spot a potential issue based on your experience.
Time management and workload prioritization.
FoodHandler Nevada salary range:
$ $27.00 per hour based on experience, education, and geographic location.
