    The Senior Tech Product Manager will be responsible for product strategy and execution of subscriber lifecycle and on-device acquisition experiences within the Alexa Subscriptions Growth (ASG) team.

    At Alexa, we are focused on building the world's best personal assistant leveraging the latest advancements in Generative AI technologies. This role sits at a critical interaction between our product science tech design and marketing teams.

    This role will be obsessed with inventing best-in-class AI customer experiences helping customers seamlessly discover and sign up for subscriptions on any owned and operated surface including onsite on-device and companion apps offering personalized recommendations to help customers join the Alexa subscriptions at the right time with the right context.

    Key Job Responsibilities:

    1. Lead the development of consumer-focused product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis.
    2. Define creative high-quality simple product roadmaps based on customer learnings team strategy and vision.
    3. Develop detailed crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and software architecture.
    4. Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience performance and operational support load.
    5. Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
    6. Partner with engineering teams and program management to deliver products to market.
    7. Drive product launches including working with public relations executives and other product management team members.
    8. Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic financial and technical goals.

    A successful candidate will be detail-oriented analytical and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional peers.

    They will be adept at leveraging new and existing technologies to uniquely solve customer problems.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    1. Bachelor's degree.
    2. 6+ years of technical product or program management experience.
    3. Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product.
    4. Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
    5. Experience managing technical products or online services.
    6. Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    1. Experience using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight.
    2. Experience with concepts such as system architecture optimization system dynamics system analysis statistical analysis reliability analysis and decision making.
