Onsite - 5x weekly in Madera, CA

Compensation - $150-175k + bonus

Responsibilities

Build and execute HR strategies that align with leadership and business objectives.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, leading through organizational transformations.

Manage HR team, fostering a culture of excellence across recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and compliance.

Be a culture champion of company values. Leading by example and coaching others to do the same.

Have an eye for industry trends and shifts in the market in order to retain and attract top talent.

Drive operational excellence, streamlining HR processes for efficiency and impact.

Develop and monitor HR metrics, aligning them with our strategic goals for continuous improvement.

What You Bring

A minimum of ten years in HR, leadership experience highly preferred.

A breadth of experience across HR disciplines, payroll, benefits, compliance, and/or employee relations.

Strong Business acumen, with a keen understanding of how HR strategies fuel business growth.

Familiarity with CAL OSHA regulations, safety experience highly desired.

Experience in ESOP companies preferred.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Advanced degrees and certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM, SCP) are highly regarded
