Select Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Per Diem outpatient position. Newly licensed PTA graduates and experienced PTAs (with outpatient background preferred), you are welcome to apply.

Work Schedule: Flexible scheduling, Monday to Friday.

Compensation: Competitive starting pay at $25/hour, with rates based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients, caregivers, and facilities following therapy principles and Select Medical guidelines.
• Create treatment plans, supervise support staff, assist with case management, and ensure exceptional patient care.
• Maintain positive relationships with facilities and clients, promoting strong client connections.
• Where permitted, accurately document patient progress using medical terminology and approved formats.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid state license, registration, or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant, completed an accredited PTA program, and passed the national PTA exam approved by the CAPTE.
• Ensure state license/certification is valid for practice location.
• Current Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
