Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, from raw materials to the finished product, and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the value stream process.
• Oversee the planning and execution of the production process.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the value stream process.
• Ensure that all products are produced on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Manage and develop a team of production staff.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the production process.
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 35 years of experience in a production management role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
• Financial acument of profit and loss statements, etc. is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Due to ITAR requirements, all candidates must be US Citzens or US Permanent Residents (ie Green Card)
