- One physician, one nurse practitioner (assists with office & dialysis rounding)
- No IM, hospitalists cover
- One hospital and five dialysis centers (all within Lafayette metro area)
- Call coverage to-be-determined
- Base salary starting at $350,000 (based on level of experience)
- Physician to physician-led organization with opportunities for growth
