Facility: Center that allows patients to receive various, if not all, aspects of their individualized neurological care at one convenient location. In this new space, patients now have access to a dedicated speech pathologist, neuro-trained physical therapist and other services that patients can benefit from based on their needs.

• Reason for Coverage: Physician on extended vacation and open requisition for another
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Office
• Schedule: Mon-Friday 7-4 or 8-5
• Documentation System/EMR: Full epic
• Office Equipment: 2 EMG rooms and 2 EEG rooms
• Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients per Locum per day: 13-16
• Physicians in Group: 8
• Advanced Practice Providers in Group: 5
• Description of Office Ancillary Staff: 5 MAs, 1 LPN, 1 PT, 1 SLP

Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
