- Manage the design and implementation of one or more clinical development programs to support an overall Product Development Plan.
- Be responsible for overseeing clinical studies, ensuring study integrity, and reviewing data related to safety and efficacy of the molecule.
- Lead the design, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of scientific content for various program documents.
- Provide in-house clinical expertise, coordinate scientific activities, and contribute to translational strategies.
- Participate in developing a rigorous Clinical Development Plan as part of a Clinical Strategy Team.
- Act as a clinical interface, engage with opinion leaders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate diverse perspectives into plans and protocols.
- Stay updated on professional information and technology in the therapeutic area.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards in research.
- Bachelor's degree in the sciences; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of clinical trial experience in the pharmaceutical industry or academia.
- Ability to oversee clinical research programs and collaborate effectively in a global team.
- Knowledge of clinical trial methodology, regulatory requirements, and experience in developing clinical strategy.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
