    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a Call Center LPN In-Office to join our team at Optum Care Delivery.

    This individual will be responsible for telephonic in-take and processing of home health referrals, communicating with other members of the healthcare team to coordinate care services, taking verbal orders from providers, writing orders electronically faxed.
