- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs.
- Design and develop prototypes of new products.
- Advise the development team on product requirements during implementation of new features and improvements.
- Test and troubleshoot prototypes to identify and resolve design flaws or performance issues.
- Implement design changes and improvements based on test results and customer feedback.
- Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams, including creating technical documentation and conducting product training.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a product engineer.
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of product design principles and methodologies.
- Experience in conducting market research and analyzing customer needs.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic environments.
