Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Estimator located in Romeo, MI.

The Project Estimator is responsible for creating accurate construction estimates, managing project costs, preparing budgets, and developing comprehensive project assessments.

Day-to-day tasks include gathering project requirements, collaborating with team members and stakeholders, analyzing data, and ensuring cost efficiency throughout project planning and execution.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Cost Management and Budgeting to manage financial aspects of projects effectively
Strong Construction Estimating and Project Estimation skills to create accurate and detailed project costs and resources assessments
Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present estimation findings clearly and professionally
Ability to evaluate data, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to ensure project feasibility and cost control
Proficient in using specialized estimating software and tools
Previous experience in construction project management is desirable
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
