Job DescriptionDescription:

Personalized Therapy LLC is a multi-disciplinary Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Behavioral Health Center encompassing Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Applied Behavioral Analysis and Psychological services. Our clinics are located in St. Mary's and Charles Counties.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced physical therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work with adult and pediatric patients to help them recover from injuries, illnesses, and surgeries that have impacted their mobility, strength, and overall physical function. You will create personalized treatment plans to meet the specific needs of each patient and work with them to achieve their goals.

We are offering a $25,000 sign-on bonus, $2,500 towards relocating to Southern Maryland or the surrounding area, two weeks of paid time off, $1,000 stipend towards continuing education, paid licensure renewal, Med Bridge membership, 5 paid holidays, 401k matching, health/dental/vision insurance, short term disability, life insurance and student loan reimbursement.

Requirements:

-Graduate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program

Valid physical therapy license

Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to determine the source of patients' physical limitations

Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs

Monitor patients' progress, document and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Provide patients with in-home exercise programs to continue their progress

Review PTA's treatment notes and billing
