    What we expect (Essential Functions)

    • Process payroll for multiple legal entities, review reports for accuracy, and correct errors.
    • Import time electronically and review for accurate payroll processing.
    • Review team member personnel records to verify demographic, pay, benefit and deduction information.
    • Direct computation of pay according to company policy and in accordance with wage and hour regulations.
    • Assist with creating and submitting garnishment processing and benefit contribution deposits, including 401k and HSA.
    • Assist with audits of payroll data for workers compensation, benefit plans and other periodic projects as needed.
    • Resolve payroll issues and responds promptly to all payroll related questions from employees.
    • Support Payroll Manager as needed.

    Who we want (Requirements)

    • The successful candidate will have an associate degree and three (2) years of experience in payroll processing, or the equivalent combination of education and experience totaling five (5) years.
    • Must have experience in using UKG or a similar, cloud-based, payroll system.
    • Proficient computer skills including advanced knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office software.
    • High attention to detail; highly organized, dependable and committed to helping people.
    • Excellent communication skills, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
