Job SummaryEvaluates, administers and directs administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in physical medicine and rehabilitation, as prescribed by a referring practitioner, establishes goals of occupational therapy and re-assesses patient's progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with appropriate documentation.
- Utilizes evidenced-based practices in treatments and presents in-service research/techniques/scholarly article to clinic staff quarterly.Education:
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school.
Experience:
One to three years' experience is preferred. New graduates are acceptable.
Licenses/Certificates:
Must maintain a current State of Illinois Occupational Therapist license. Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required upon hire.
